KICT Receives Prime Minister’s Commendation on the 58th Invention Day

On May 12, the KICT received the Prime Minister’s Commendation at the 58th Invention Day celebration held at the COEX Auditorium in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
This event was attended by Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol, as well as Co-Chairperson Paik Baek Man-gi of the Presidential Council on Intellectual Property, and Commissioner Lee In-sil of the Korean Intellectual Property Office.
At the ceremony, individuals who have contributed to the development of national industries were recognized and presented with awards. The KICT was honored with the Prime Minister’s Commendation for its contributions to the advancement of the construction industry through the improvement of patent utilization rates and the commercialization of research institute-held technologies through knowledge property management.
