The KICT hosted the K-Construction Confest 2023 at its Ilsan headquarters on August 29.

Celebrating its third year this year, the K-Construction Confest (Conference and Festival) brings together experts in science and technology, humanities and social sciences, and other fields to discuss the latest information, current capacities, and solutions related to Korea’s construction R&D.

Held under the theme “Aiming for Best and First in the World, KICT World Top Class Lab (WTCL) Future,” Confest 2023 featured expert presentations and in-depth discussions on the research achievements and organizational development and support strategies of the KICT. All the presentations and discussions were broadcast live in the KICT building on an interactive online platform, allowing research personnel who could not attend the event in person to actively participate in event activities.
