On September 5 at the KICT headquarters in Ilsan, the KICT signed an MOU with the National Information Society Agency (NIA) to promote greater achievements in smart city and intelligent social overhead capital (SOC).

Under the MOU, the two institutions will lend their expertise to promote discoveries and achievements in smart city and intelligent SOC and lay the foundations for strong and lasting technology and information exchanges.

Both the KICT and NIA seek to conduct research, develop policies and services, improve systems related to smart city and intelligent SOC, and build networks for the sharing of validated data and human resources.
