On February 12, the KICT hosted the KICT-KIMM Technical Meeting at the Korea Institute of Machinery & Materials (KIMM) in Daejeon.
The meeting, attended by KICT President Park Sun-kyu, KIMM President Seoghyeon Ryu, and researchers from both institutes, focused on the agenda of “technological convergence of construction and machinery for setting the direction of future industries.”
This event was part of the First Research Connection Program, organized by the National Research Council of Science and Technology (NST). The technical meeting was jointly coordinated by KIMM, Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science, and Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information. The Research Connection Program will take place quarterly to foster regular exchanges among government-funded research institutes.
