On September 24, the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT) hosted a “Town Hall Meeting for Communication on Integrity,” bringing together all employees for open dialogue with KICT President Park Sun-kyu. The seminar was livestreamed to ensure full participation.

The meeting focused on reinforcing leadership integrity and identifying areas vulnerable to corruption. President Park engaged directly with employees on topics such as contracts, research funding, and prevention of abuse of authority.

The session reaffirmed the KICT’s institutional commitment to integrity, strengthened employee engagement, and fostered a culture of transparent communication. Follow-up actions will be implemented based on collected feedback to drive continuous improvement.
