On May 13, the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT) and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) held a meeting on establishing architectural policy governance. Presided over by Lee Jin-cheol, Director General for Architecture Policy at MOLIT, the meeting aimed to identify social issues related to national architectural policy and explore potential solutions.
The meeting was attended by Lee Jin-cheol and other relevant officials from MOLIT, as well as heads of relevant departments and researchers from the KICT, including those from the Department of Building Energy Research.
Participants discussed directions for collaboration among related organizations to establish governance that promotes sustainable policies and builds an effective cooperative framework.
