On January 2, the KICT held its 2023 new year ceremony at the 30th Anniversary Hall of its Ilsan headquarters. Before the ceremony, appreciation plaques were bestowed upon KICT staff members who have been a part of the company for 20 years or 30 years, and many employees were also awarded end-of-the-year bonuses. KICT President Kim Byung-suk gave an address during which he reviewed some of the KICT's activities throughout 2022 and its targets for 2023.
