On November 12, Colonel Jeremiah J. Willis and other delegates from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) visited the KICT.
USACE, formed in 1802 as the military engineering branch of the United States Army, employs approximately 37,000 personnel with an annual budget of USD 10 billion. The KICT and the Far East District of the USACE have maintained exchanges and cooperation since 2019.
