KICT hosted the KICT Tech-Biz Fair 2018 at the KICT headquarters in Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do, on November 29 (Thu), 2:00 p.m. At the fair, KICT held an information session on promising technologies for commercialization as well as consultation sessions.

KICT research directors explained promising technologies in the construction and environmental fields in relation to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and focused on facility maintenance using drones, sunlight generation for optimal efficiency, and air pollution forecast monitoring. In a one-on-one consultation session with KICT research directors, visitors asked for detailed technological information and gained information about patents that can be transferred free of charge.

KICT provides active support for SMEs through its total one-stop services for technology commercialization, such as on-site technology demand identification; demand-based customized R&D planning/execution; and technology consultations and transfers for companies.
