From September 10 to 11, the KICT held the “2024 Construction Technology Fair in Malaysia” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Present at the fair were some 80 participants from 11 KICT affiliated companies and 32 local buyers. The event featured one-on-one business consultations, technology and product exhibits, and meetings of the participating companies. The even aimed to support the activities of KICT’s affiliated companies in Malaysia by providing local networking opportunities.

On September 10, an MOU was signed between KICT and Nehemiah Towoong Bridgetech (NTB), in a ceremony held at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur and attended by KICT President Kim Byung-suk and NTB CEO Jason Khor. NTB is a joint venture of Towoong E&C, a KICT affiliate, and Malaysian construction company Nehemiah Group. Based in Malaysia, NTB is expected to play a key role in helping KICT affiliates enter the ASEAN market.
